Personal Training

Miranda's passion for fitness originates from 12 years of classical ballet training. She enthusiastically balances weightlifting Pilates, and Yoga for a holistic approach to fitness. As a coach Miranda pays close attention to form, postural correction and alignment so that you can train both safely and effectively. She offers a private space for people of all ages, all fitness levels and all types of goal be it weight loss, muscle gain, or rehabilitation.

 

Miranda loves a physical challenge having completed a half marathon as well as two Spartan races. She believes that real progress comes from a varied programme and that success follows when you actually enjoy your training. Her goal is to put the fun back into fitness so that clients stick to their plan and not only meet their goals, but achieve long term lifestyle change. Miranda also places great emphasis on uniting people through wellness; she offers her clients a group 'helpline' to exchange healthy recipes or workout ideas, and open a space to swap fitness, motivation and nutrition tips. She believes that creating a supportive team of like minded people is key to maintaining motivation and achieving success.

 

Miranda says:

"After a lengthy academic career I proceeded to work in an office for a number of years. I therefore understand both the physical and mental toll that long sedentary hours of work or study can take, and the difficulties of juggling the stresses of day to day with the desire to lead a healthier lifestyle. I strive to utilise the little time my clients have available effectively in order to better themselves and achieve lasting results."

You can train with Miranda both in person from her North London studio, or take the online coaching route with a personalised programme and plenty of opportunity to touch base and check in with her directly.
